The challenge
Aksamitna Residence is a boutique development of premium semi-detached houses in Michałowice near Warsaw. Buyers want specifics: which unit is still available, what the ground floor and upper floor look like, how large it is. The developer needed a landing page that sells the feel of the development and works as a unit browser at the same time.
The solution
We built a landing page on WordPress with a custom design in the classic, elegant style of the development. At its heart is an interactive building and floor view: the user switches between building A / B and ground floor / upper floor and instantly sees the floor plan, floor area and status of every unit. Around it we built the sales narrative (renderings, finish standard and the location’s strengths), which leads to the page’s goal: the contact form. Buyers leave their details there, and the developer promises to call back within 24 hours.
