The challenge
Helppack collects used clothing in Germany and supports projects chosen by its donors. The donor packs a parcel and the organization covers the shipping cost. That required shipments billed to Helppack’s account, not the sender’s.
The solution
We built a custom integration with DHL’s system based on reverse billing: the shipment is created on the website and the cost goes to Helppack’s account. Beyond the integration, we built additional marketing pages and make changes on an ongoing basis.
