egurrola.com: course finder integrated with a CRM

A course finder for a chain of dance schools, integrated with a CRM. The website was built in collaboration with AdCookie, the agency behind the UI/UX design.

The challenge

Egurrola Dance Studio is a chain of dance schools founded by Agustin Egurrola. Classes vary by school, age group and style, and the course data comes from a CRM. The website had to connect to that system and let visitors find the right course in a few clicks.

The solution

We built the website’s backend and front end on WordPress, along with the course finder in the header: visitors pick a school, an age group and a style, and on mobile they use a single “Search for a course” field. The finder is integrated with the CRM, so courses are not maintained by hand in two places. The website was built in collaboration with AdCookie, which handled the visual side: it created the entire UI/UX design and the Figma mockups, and we implemented that design in full.

Scope of work

  • UI/UX design: AdCookie

AdCookie handled the visual side: the entire UI/UX design and the Figma mockups.

  • Course finder

Three filters in the header: School, Age group and Style. On mobile, a single “Search for a course” field.

  • CRM integration

The finder uses data from the CRM, not a manually maintained list of courses.

  • Backend and external integrations

Server-side solutions and connections to external systems.

  • Mockup implementation

Front end built to AdCookie’s design: the header with the finder, the site menu and the home page, all responsive.
