The challenge
FitCookie is a UK store selling sports nutrition, supplements and healthy food, with high traffic and a front end that didn’t make the most of it: slow loading, weak cross-selling, recruitment handled outside the system and several external tools (BaseLinker, DHL, Royal Mail, TrustMate) that didn’t work with the store consistently. The store was growing, but friction ate part of that growth.
The solution
We rebuilt the front end for performance and conversion, and added cross-sell and upsell modules plus a recruitment quiz on the Careers page that filters candidates before they reach the team. We integrated the store with BaseLinker, DHL, Royal Mail and TrustMate so that orders, shipping and reviews work as one flow, not four separate tools. TrustMate ratings are visible across the store.
